Jane offers one-on-one Psychological Counselling sessions to adults and adolescents. These sessions are client focussed and Jane will work collaboratively with you to tailor an individualised treatment plan to address your current challenges and equip you with the tools and insight you need to move forward.
Couples
Jane has experience in working with couples to overcome relationship difficulties and offers counselling to address issues within the relationship and provide the tools to make lasting changes. Issues from self esteem, conflicting values, poor communication skills, difficulty managing work life balance, lack of intimacy and adjusting to trauma can all contribute to difficulties in a relationship and can be addressed with Psychological Counselling.
